Waking up to the breathtaking views of Lake Garda each morning made it hard to leave the room. The staff was attentive and the ambiance serene, creating a perfect getaway.

The outdoor pool could use some heating. although refreshing, it was a bit too cold for leisurely swims. Drinks were slightly pricey, making us rethink our evening splurges.

The swimming pool and spa facilities were impressive, though I did wish there were more attentive staff around the pool. Small details like the quality of the towels and toilet paper could definitely be improved in a five-star setting. Dining choices felt limited with only one restaurant, and the menu didn't excite much. A broader menu could elevate the dining experience. I encountered noise issues, especially from other guests early in the morning. Management should enhance soundproofing and ensure extra amenities in the rooms to meet five-star expectations.
